made consult is a newly established consultancy based in Birmingham providing a range of project management and project delivery support services

 

 

Established by Liz Morrish an experienced project and programme manager, with twenty years’ experience in the resource management and environmental sector, made consult provides independent advice and support to clients in both the public and private sectors.

Liz has worked in the environmental sector since graduating from Lancaster University with a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and Geography and Keele University with a MA in Environmental Law and Policy, starting out in the third sector working for a community based recycling organisation in Birmingham.  She then moved on to an environmental charity in Leicester, leading a portfolio of waste and recycling projects.  Liz worked at WRAP (the Waste & Resources Action Programme) for six years in a variety of roles, including establishing and delivering a programme to help businesses recycle and managing a wide range of projects including technical R&D, feasibility studies, good practice and market development. 

For the last eight years Liz has worked in consultancy, where she was responsible for managing a team and portfolio of projects.  Her role included business development, managing and delivering work for clients such as WRAP, Zero Waste Scotland, Defra, BIS, local authorities, SMEs and trade associations.  Projects included technical and market research, supply chain analysis, stakeholder engagement, developing good practice guidance and business support.
